Isoamyl Acetate, as a food additive (FEMA 2055), is mainly used to blend the flavors of fruits such as bananas and pears. It is widely applied in beverages (soda, juice), candies (hard candies, chewing gum), dairy products (yogurt, ice cream), and baked foods (cakes, cookies).
4.パッケージと保管
Isoamyl Acetate is packaged in 25kg HDPE plastic drums or aluminum drums. For food-grade products, nitrogen must be filled for protection. It should be stored in a cool and ventilated place (<25℃), away from fire sources and oxidants. It must be tightly sealed to prevent evaporation. The shelf life is 24 months.
