1. 製品特性
SF is a pale-yellow to light-yellow oily liquid, fully miscible with water and common organic solvents. It remains fluid at 0 °C and does not form viscous gels on dilution. Its low-foaming profile, rapid wetting (≤ 70 s sinking at 0.1 %) and high active content (≥ 99 %) make it ideal for high-speed processes where foam control is critical.

3. 適用範囲と用途
SF is formulated for low-foam scouring, desizing and bleaching of all fibre types. It accelerates oil removal, prevents redeposition and leaves fabrics clean without excessive foam. In synthetic-fibre oil preparations it acts as an emulsifier and anti-static component. SF is also used as a detergent and emulsifier in metal cleaning, paper processing and household hard-surface cleaners. Typical dosage: 0.2–2 g L⁻¹ in textile baths; 1–5 % in oil concentrates.
4. パッケージと保管
Supplied in 200 kg epoxy-lined steel drums (Ø 585 × 890 mm) or 50 kg HDPE drums (Ø 380 × 480 mm). Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse at 0–35 °C, away from strong acids and oxidizers. Keep drums tightly closed. Shelf life: 24 months from manufacture under recommended conditions.
