White Oil Emulsifier is a pale-yellow liquid composed of ≥99 % active non-ionic surfactants and synergistic auxiliaries. It rapidly forms stable oil-in-water micro-emulsions with a characteristic blue sheen, exhibits low irritation, remains compatible with most cosmetic and industrial additives, and requires only simple stirring equipment for processing.

3.適用範囲と使用方法
The emulsifier is designed for cosmetic creams and lotions, metal-working fluids, textile softeners, agricultural adjuvants, household polishes and any formulation requiring finely dispersed white oil. Dispense 10–15 % of the emulsifier into water under moderate agitation, slowly add the required white oil, and continue stirring until a uniform, bluish micro-emulsion is obtained. Adjust temperature to 25–60 °C for faster processing; final emulsions remain stable between 5 °C and 50 °C.
4.パッケージと保管
Product is available in 50 kg and 200 kg tight-head polyethylene or steel drums lined with epoxy-phenolic resin. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight, oxidizers and strong acids. Keep containers tightly closed; avoid freezing. Under recommended conditions the shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture. Handle as a non-hazardous chemical during transport by road, rail or sea.
