This emulsifier is highly soluble in water and possesses excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties. It is particularly suitable for the production of various O/W type amino silicone oils (ammonia value ranging from 0.1 to 0.6) microemulsions. It has the advantages of easy operation, strong emulsifying power, and good stability in emulsification and dispersion. It is currently the most superior amino silicone oil emulsifier product available in the market in terms of performance.
AMM is applicable to low and medium viscosity silicone oils (with viscosity ≤ 6000 cp), while AMH is suitable for high viscosity silicone oils (with viscosity ≤ 50000 cp).

Add the emulsifier and amino silicone oil to the emulsification tank according to the required solid content. Use 10 parts of emulsifier and 20 parts of amino silicone oil. Mix them thoroughly by stirring. Add 0.15 parts of acetic acid and 5 parts of water. Stir for 20 to 30 minutes. Then slowly add 20 parts of water and stir for 30 minutes. Dilute with 20 parts of water and stir for 10 to 20 minutes until a uniform emulsion is formed. Add 0.15 parts of acetic acid and adjust the pH to between 5.5 and 6.0. Dilute with 25 parts of water and stir for 10 to 20 minutes until a uniform emulsified liquid is formed. Take a sample, check that the appearance is a transparent liquid. Filter and package.
