Mainly used as a fixative. It is used to prepare fruit-based edible fragrances such as strawberry, pineapple, and cherry, as well as alcohol-based fragrances. It is also used in daily care fragrances such as jasmine, lily of the valley, ylang-ylang, gardenia, ylang-ylang, and lilac.
4.パッケージと保管
Benzoic benzoate (food grade) should be packaged in sealed stainless steel, aluminum or food-grade plastic containers, and stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperatures (it is recommended that the storage temperature be below 30℃). The shelf life is usually 12-24 months.
