Castor oil phosphate is a high-performance anionic surfactant that possesses excellent emulsifying properties, resistance to electrolytes, and lubrication and rust prevention functions. The phosphate ester groups in its molecule can effectively adhere to the metal surface, maintaining stability in high-temperature, high-salt, and acid-base environments. It also has low-foaming characteristics and is suitable for industrial continuous production. This product has good compatibility with various anionic/non-ionic surfactants and is widely used in metal processing fluids, textile auxiliaries, and leather chemical fields, especially in complex systems that require synergistic emulsification, lubrication, and rust prevention.

It has excellent properties such as low surface tension, good emulsifying ability, strong cleaning power, anti-static property, non-toxicity, no irritation, and resistance to electrolytes. It can be used as an emulsifier and additive in daily chemical products, to prepare various detergents, cleaners, dish cleaners and dry cleaning agents, a dispersant in organic and polymer synthesis, an anti-static agent in the textile industry, and a fatting agent in the leather industry. It is a new type of surfactant with wide applications.
