Delta –Dodecalactone is packaged in a 100g aluminum foil vacuum bag (filled with nitrogen), with a food-grade inner lining of an inert film. It is strictly stored at -18℃ in the freezer. After opening, it needs to be protected by nitrogen and used up within 24 hours. The shelf life is 12 months (unopened).
