1.製品特性
S-15 is a pale-yellow paste that dissolves readily in water and selected organic solvents. It offers excellent solubilizing, detergency, emulsifying and dispersing power while remaining stable above 100 °C. The product is mildly acidic (pH 4–7, 1 % solution) and performs best under neutral or slightly acidic conditions, avoiding alkaline media.

3.適用範囲と使用方法
S-15 is designed for electroplating brightening systems, where it solubilizes benzylideneacetone at a weight ratio of 1:7–9 (BZA:S-15), preventing bath clouding even during continuous summer operation. It is also compounded into metal degreasing cleaners to boost detergency and serves as a primary emulsifier in emulsion polymerization. For best results, use in neutral to mildly acidic media and avoid alkaline conditions.
4.パッケージと保管
S-15 is supplied in 50 kg blue HDPE tight-head drums with tamper-evident caps. The product is classified as non-hazardous and non-flammable; therefore it should be handled and transported as ordinary chemicals. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight, strong oxidizers and alkaline substances. Keep drums tightly sealed during storage. Under these conditions the shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
