Ethyl Acetoacetate, as a food additive, is mainly used in the production of artificial synthetic fruit essences and alcoholic essences, and in small quantities in baked goodsand candies.
4.パッケージと保管
Ethyl acetoacetate is packaged in 25kg aluminum drums (protected by nitrogen), with a food-grade inner PE film lining. It should be stored refrigerated (at 2-8℃), strictly protected from light and moisture, and kept away from oxidants. After opening, it needs to be stored under nitrogen atmosphere. The shelf life is 6 months (sensitive to hydrolysis).
