Ethyl Isobutyrate, as a food additive (FEMA 2428), is mainly used for blending fruit flavors such as pineapple and banana. It is applicable to beverages (juice, soda), candies (hard candies, chewing gum), dairy products (yogurt, ice cream), and baked foods (cakes, cookies).
4.パッケージと保管
Ethyl Isobutyrate is packaged in 25kg aluminum drums (filled with nitrogen) and lined with food-grade PE film. It is stored in a fireproof warehouse (< 25℃), away from heat sources and oxidants. The shelf life is 24 months.
