3.適用範囲と使用方法
Ethyl lactate is mainly used in food flavoring formulas, such as for the blending of apple, pineapple, and caramel flavorings, and is also used in alcoholic beverages like rum and white wine. In industry, it can be used as a solvent for cellulose esters, resins, and paints, and in the pharmaceutical field, it is used as a synthetic intermediate.
4.パッケージと保管
Lactic acid ethyl ester is packaged in 25kg plastic drums (HDPE) or stainless steel drums. For food-grade products, a protective coating inner liner is required. Store in a cool and dry place (<25℃), keep tightly sealed to prevent moisture, and keep away from fire sources and oxidants. The shelf life is 24 months.
