The emulsifier is designed for cosmetic creams and lotions, metal-working fluids, textile softeners, agricultural adjuvants, household polishes and any formulation requiring finely dispersed white oil. Dispense 10\u201315 % of the emulsifier into water under moderate agitation, slowly add the required white oil, and continue stirring until a uniform, bluish micro-emulsion is obtained. Adjust temperature to 25\u201360 \u00b0C for faster processing; final emulsions remain stable between 5 \u00b0C and 50 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Product is available in 50 kg and 200 kg tight-head polyethylene or steel drums lined with epoxy-phenolic resin. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight, oxidizers and strong acids. Keep containers tightly closed; avoid freezing. Under recommended conditions the shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
