Softener Flake 801 is designed for exhaust and pad\u2013dry processes on cotton, viscose, polyester, nylon, acrylic and their blends. Typical use levels are 1\u20133 % o.w.f. in exhaust (40\u201350 \u00b0C, 20\u201330 min, pH 4\u20136, liquor ratio 1:10\u201320) or 20\u201360 g L\u207b\u00b9 in pad\u2013dry (pick-up 60\u201380 %, drying 110\u2013130 \u00b0C). Prepare an 8\u201310 % stock emulsion first, then dilute to working concentration. It is compatible with most non-ionic and weakly cationic auxiliaries and is suitable for household, apparel and technical textiles.<\/p>\n

4.\u30d1\u30c3\u30b1\u30fc\u30b8\u3068\u4fdd\u7ba1<\/h3>\n

The product is packed in 20 kg multi-wall kraft bags with PE liner. Pallets of 600 kg (30 bags) are stretch-wrapped for safe transport. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from acids, strong oxidizers and direct sunlight. Under these conditions the shelf life is six months from date of manufacture.
