Food-grade propylene glycol is a colorless, transparent, and non-precipitating viscous liquid. It is widely used in the food industry. According to national standards, it is approved as a food additive and is mainly used as a stabilizer, emulsifier, and solvent. It is commonly found in products such as bread and cream. Propylene glycol has good hygroscopicity and antifreeze properties, which can maintain the moisture and freshness of food. In addition, it can also be used in beer processing and the extraction of aroma substances.<\/p>\n
