The 40 % solution is a convenient source of dimethylamine for synthesis. It is widely used as a building block for dimethylformamide, dimethylacetamide and rubber accelerators; acts as a basic catalyst in condensation and alkylation reactions; serves as a pH regulator in water treatment, and is an intermediate for agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and textile auxiliaries .<\/p>\n

Dimethylamine aqueous solution is supplied in HDPE drums of 200 kg net or 1000 L IBC totes. Small lots are available in 25 kg or 50 kg fluorinated HDPE jerricans. Store in a cool, shaded, well-ventilated area at 2 \u2013 30 \u00b0C, away from acids, oxidisers, aluminium, copper and zinc.
