1.Product Property

JFC is a colorless to light-yellow viscous liquid at 25 °C, completely water-soluble and stable across pH 2–12. It offers rapid wetting (≤60 s sinking at 0.1 %), low foaming and excellent emulsifying power. The product is free of APEO, readily biodegradable, and compatible with enzymes, acids, alkalies and salts.

3.Application Scope and Usage

Eco-friendly Penetrant FC is a versatile agent with multiple applications. It is used in the removal of excess color from fabrics printed with reactive and disperse dyes, effectively preventing white-ground contamination at low temperatures, typically at a dosage of 0.1–0.5 g/L. For cleaning oil stains on finished products, especially on silk, FC shows remarkable efficacy. In dyeing baths with disperse and vat dyes, FC serves as a dispersant at 0.1–0.5 g/L. For pre-treatment of acrylic fibers before dyeing, FC is applied at 0.8–1.0 g/L at 50 °C to remove oil stains. In high-pressure dyeing processes for acrylic-wool blended fabrics, FC is used at around 0.5% by weight. The cleaning power of FC is optimal at 40 °C, and when used as an emulsifier, its dosage is 10% of the oil weight.

4.Package and Storage

JFC is packed in 50 kg or 200 kg new HDPE drums with tamper-evident screw caps. All containers are nitrogen-blanketed to prevent oxidation. Store in a cool, dry, ventilated warehouse at 5–35 °C, away from direct sunlight and strong acids or alkalies. Keep drums tightly closed; avoid freezing. Under recommended conditions the shelf life is 24 months from date of manufacture.
