1.Product Property

Ethyl Heptanoate. At room temperature, it is a colorless transparent liquid with a pineapple-like odor. It is soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and ether, but insoluble in water. It can be miscible with alcohols, ethers, and chloroform; it can form an azeotropic mixture with water, with a boiling point of 98.5℃. It contains 92% Ethyl Heptanoate. It is mainly used as a food flavoring agent, in organic synthesis, and for preparing fragrances.
