  1. 1.Product Performance

EDTMP•Na5 is a nitrogen-containing organic polyphosphate. It is a cathodic type corrosion inhibitor and can be mixed with water. It is non-toxic and pollution-free, has good chemical stability and heat resistance. It still has a good scale inhibition effect at 200℃. This product has good scale inhibition effects on calcium sulfate and barium sulfate scales and can be used as a scale inhibitor for oilfield injection water.

  1. Application Scope and Usage Method

EDTMP•Na5 is used as a scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor for circulating water and boiler water, a complexing agent for cyanide-free electroplating, a chelating agent in the textile printing and dyeing industry, and an oxygen bleaching stabilizer. When added alone in the circulating cooling water, the general dosage is 5-10 mg/L. When compounded with HPMA in a ratio of 1:3, it can be used for water treatment in low-pressure boilers. This product can also be used in combination with BTA, PAAS, zinc salts, etc.

  1. Packaging and Storage

EDTMP•Na5 is packaged in plastic drums. Each drum contains 25 kg or as determined by the user. It should be stored in a cool, indoor place. The shelf life is ten months.

  1. Safety Protection

EDTMP•Na5 is weakly alkaline. When using, labor protection equipment must be worn. Contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. Rinse with plenty of water immediately after contact.
