三.Application scope and Usage:

Glucuronic acid-δ-lactone is used as a coagulant and is mainly employed in the production of tofu. It can also be used as a protein coagulant for dairy products.

It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and high humidity and temperature conditions. It is recommended that the temperature be ≤ 30℃ and the relative humidity be ≤ 65%. Keep away from corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis. Pay attention to moisture-proof and pressure-proof when stacking. The shelf life of unopened products is generally 24 months. After opening, it is necessary to strictly seal to prevent moisture absorption and caking.
