1.Product Property
HA-AL can serve as a protective colloid and complexing agent in the dyeing process of cellulose fibers and polyester/cellulose fiber blended fabrics. It can prevent precipitation during the dyeing of the base fabric due to hard water and other impurities, and can be used in the pre-treatment of boiling.
This product is different from ordinary soft water agents. During dyeing, it will not react with the metal ions in the dye to cause changes in color intensity. It can be used as an active dye scouring agent, and the effect is more obvious in indigo and magenta colors.

3.Application scope and Usage
Dyeing of polyester-cotton blended fabric
Usually, after the polyester part of the base fabric is dyed, the cotton impurities dissolved in the acidic medium tend to form precipitates in the subsequent alkaline dyeing tank.
Reduction dyes for cotton fabric dyeing
Because this product has a protective colloidal effect in alkaline dye solutions and has a significant complexing effect on metal ions such as calcium and magnesium, it is extremely suitable for use in the dyeing of cotton fabrics with reducing dyes.
Dyeing of cotton fabrics with reactive dyes
When using reactive dyes for dyeing, various ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid type complexing agents cannot be used because they can dissolve the already complexed metal ions from many dyes, thereby reducing the color fastness of the dyed fabric. On the contrary, ha-al does not interfere with metal complexed dyes, so it can be used at the same concentration instead of polyphosphates during the reactive dyeing process.
