ATMP•Na5 is a sodium salt solution of ATMP, which can prevent the formation of scale in water by inhibiting the formation of scale-forming salts, especially calcium carbonate scale. It is a type of scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor. As a universal and low-cost scale inhibitor, ATMP•Na5 has a good corrosion inhibition effect on zinc salts and phosphates, and has good chelating performance. It can also be used as a metal ion chelating agent.

  1. Application Scope and Usage Method

ATMP•Na5 is used for metal corrosion inhibition in boiler water treatment, oilfield injection water systems, industrial and municipal clean water treatment, and cooling water treatment. ATMP•Na5 can be compounded with other organic phosphates, polycarboxylic acids or salts to form organic alkaline water treatment agents. It is used in various water quality conditions for circulating cooling water systems and can be used as a retarder in the concrete industry.

ATMP•Na5 is packaged in plastic drums, with each drum containing 30Kg or 250Kg. The quantity can be determined according to the user’s needs. It should be stored in a cool indoor place and has a storage period of ten months.

ATMP•Na5 is weakly alkaline. When using, labor protection equipment must be worn. Contact with skin, eyes, etc. should be avoided. After contact, rinse with plenty of water.
