一.Product Property:

White crystals, extremely salty in taste, odorless and non-toxic. They are soluble in water and glycerol, slightly soluble in alcohols, and insoluble in ethers, acetone and hydrochloric acid . They have hygroscopic properties and are prone to caking; the solubility in water increases rapidly with the rise in temperature, and they often undergo double decomposition reactions with sodium salts to form new potassium salts.

三.Application scope and Usage:

Low-sodium foods: As a salt substitute, they are used in low-sodium salts, soy sauce and other seasonings to help reduce sodium intake.

Nutrition fortification: Adding essential potassium to infant foods, sports drinks and nutritional supplements.

 

四.Package and Storage:

Food-grade: Use food-grade PE inner bags combined with outer woven bags. Each bag weighs 25kg and is clearly labeled “Food Additives”
