1.Product Property
It is highly soluble in water, and the solution is milky white. It is not resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, heavy metal salts and reducing agents. It penetrates quickly and evenly, and has good wetting, penetrating, emulsifying and foaming properties. The penetration effect is best below 40° C. At high temperatures, it is more prone to hydrolysis when exposed to alkali. It is suitable to first treat the fabric with a penetrant below 40° C before heating it up. Penetrant T is not resistant to strong alkali and should not be directly added to concentrated alkali solution. The alkali solution should be diluted first before adding penetrant T.

2. Application Scope and Usage
This product is a highly effective penetrant. It is used for treating cotton, linen, viscose and blended fabrics. After treatment, the fabric can undergo bleaching or dyeing directly without the need for scouring. This can improve the dyeing defects caused by dead cotton. The fabric after printing and dyeing has a softer and fuller feel. During the scouring and bleaching process, it is best to remove the sizing first to ensure the penetration effect.
3. Package and Storage
Supplied in 25 kg, 50 kg, 125 kg or 200 kg UN-approved HDPE drums, and 1000 kg IBC totes. Drums are sealed under nitrogen and labeled with lot number and expiry date. Store in a cool, dry, ventilated warehouse at 5–35 °C, away from strong acids, alkalis and oxidizers. Keep containers tightly closed and avoid direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months under recommended conditions.
