3.Application Scope and Usage
TEA oleate is widely used as an emulsifier and lubricant in metalworking fluids, textile finishing agents, industrial cleaners, and cosmetic creams. Typical dosage is 0.5–5 % by weight. In soluble oils it forms stable micro-emulsions, improving tool life and surface finish; in detergents it boosts wetting and grease removal; in personal-care products it acts as a mild surfactant and thickener, compatible with anionic, nonionic and amphoteric systems.
4.Package and Storage
Supplied in 200 kg epoxy-coated steel drums or 1000 kg IBC totes; net weight tolerance ±0.5 %. Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from acids, oxidizers and direct sunlight; keep containers tightly closed. Recommended storage temperature 10–35 °C; avoid freezing. Shelf life is 24 months from production date when stored under recommended conditions.
