一.Product Property:

Erythritol is a type of white crystalline C4 polyol compound with unique advantages such as low calorie content, pure sweetness, and refreshing taste. Compared to sucrose, erythritol has a calorie content of only 0.4 kcal/g, but its sweetness reaches 60-80% of that of sucrose . The cooling effect brought by its high dissolution heat also gives it a distinctive refreshing taste.

三.Application scope and Usage:

Erythritol, with its excellent physical and physiological properties, has a very wide range of applications in the food industry. It can be used as a diluent for low-calorie sweeteners or high-sweetness sweeteners and is applied in foods such as candies (including chocolate products), dairy products/beverages/alcohol, baked goods, soft drinks, candies, solid beverages, etc. Erythritol is also widely used in other foods, such as dairy products, ice cream, pastries, table sweeteners, etc.

 

四.Package and Storage:

The packaging of this product is 25 kilograms per bag.

Food-grade erythritol is usually packaged in kraft paper bags, woven bags or aluminum foil composite bags that are lined with food-grade polyethylene (PE) bags.

It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and high humidity and temperature conditions. It is recommended that the temperature be ≤ 30℃ and the relative humidity be ≤ 60%. Keep away from odors and corrosive substances. Pay attention to moisture prevention when stacking. The shelf life of unopened products is generally 24 months. After opening, it should be sealed for storage to prevent caking.
