1.Product Property
H-EA is a pale-yellow, 100 % active, weak-cationic softener supplied as an easily dispersible flake. It dissolves rapidly in 30–60 °C water forming stable, low-viscosity emulsions that impart a full, smooth, elastic hand to natural and blended fibres while showing minimal yellowing compared with conventional cationic softeners.

3.Application Scope and Usage
H-EA is designed for soft finishing of cotton, linen, wool and their blends in yarn or fabric form. It is equally effective on denim, washed garments, sweaters and towels, delivering a soft, bulky hand without impairing absorbency. Dissolve 6–10 % flakes in 30 °C water (cold method) or 50–60 °C water (warm method) until a uniform slurry is obtained. Apply by padding at 2–3 g L⁻¹, 40–50 °C, two dips–two nips, or by exhaustion at 0.5–0.8 % o.w.f, 50–60 °C, 15–30 min.
4.Package and Storage
H-EA is packed in 20 kg woven polypropylene bags with inner PE liner. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight, moisture and sources of ignition. Keep bags tightly closed; avoid mechanical damage. When stored under these conditions the product remains stable for at least 24 months. Handle as a non-hazardous chemical during transport.
