1.Product Property
Isoamyl Isovalerate is a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid with a strong mixture of apple and banana fruit aroma. Its boiling point ranges from 192 to 194℃, with a density of 0.852 to 0.858 g/cm³ at 20℃. The flash point is 62℃ (flammable), it is slightly soluble in water and easily soluble in ethanol and oils.

3.Application scope and Usage
It is commonly used in the formulation of edible flavor essences such as apples, strawberries, peaches, raspberries, round currants, pineapples, bananas, kiwis, grapes, apricots, cherries, mangoes, currants, walnuts, vanilla beans, bubble gum, etc., and is also used in champagne, rum flavor essences and tobacco flavor essences.

4.Package and Storage
Isoamyl Isovalerate is packaged in 25kg aluminum drums (filled with nitrogen) and lined with food-grade PE film. It should be stored in a cool, dark place (< 25℃), away from fire sources and oxidants (flammable liquid, flash point 62℃). The shelf life is 24 months.
